Fourteen year old Kieran Ayres took to the ring and although a novice to the tournament arena, he fought with true warrior sprit. Through Kieran didn’t win this entertaining and action packed bout he learned a lot and gained valuable experience.

Terri Smith returned to the fight arena after a short lay off. This continuous bout was dynamic with both girls throwing a flurry of fast hand and feet combinations.

After hard fought content, the bout was adjudged to be a draw, Terri pushed forward applying pressure in the deciding third round, it was a very close round but Terri’s opponent got the judge’s final decision.

Finally representing the Warriors for the first time was novice Keely Hammond.
Fighting in a 3 girl round robin, Keely despatched her first opponent after the first round, her second bout saw Keely battling for first place. Keely’s determination and energy won the day and she was declared overall victorious.
