Movember Russell Fisher

Some of you may have already noticed Russell staring to grow a bit of a moustache

Russell Fisher is taking part in Movember, to raise funds for The Prostate Cancer Charity

This involves Russell Fisher growing a tash during the month of November; you will be able to see Russell's tash growing skills at the classes. I will also be taking week by week snaps on Russell and adding to this page for you to look at, if you don’t train on the same days as Russell

Movember is an annual event with the aim of raising awareness and much needed funds for research into men's health issues - specifically prostate cancer. One man dies every hour of prostate cancer in the UK, it is the most common cancer in men in the UK and more than 35,000 men will be diagnosed with the disease this year.
