Classes are designed to improve your fitness, tone and sculpt your body and help with weight loss.
These classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities, there is something for everyone at London Warriors Kickboxing.
Wear comfortable exercise jogging pants or shorts and a non-restricting t-shirt/vest. Bring a towel and water to class. (Drink plenty of water before, during and after your workout.)
Wear aerobic shoes or other lightweight athletic shoes.
1-2-1 personal training and martial arts tuition is available with Tony or Liz. Sessions can be general or with a specific focus tailored to suit your needs for example sparring, flexibility, self defence, weapons or syllabus techniques. Call Tony or Liz to book your appointment.
